Horse Camp

Many campers enjoy our horseback-riding program and want to have the chance to improve the skills they have picked-up during a regular camping session. Our one-week Horse Camp sessions provide the opportunity for campers to hone their riding technique with two rides a day, plus numerous other programs down at the corral, learning how to care for these magnificent animals.

Horse Camps cater to all abilities of campers, with age and skill appropriate teaching. The sessions are open to all veteran campers over the age of 10, although campers must also register for a two-week session.

There is a Horse Camp at the start of the summer and one at the end. Some campers like to be able to split their time at camp with time at home between the regular session and the Horse Camp, but campers are welcome to register for consecutive sessions.
